华为 对此感到失望 加拿大司法部就孟晚舟案签发授权

新浪科技讯 北京时间 3 月 2 日早间音讯，据外媒报道，加拿大司法部外地工夫 1 日同意持续推进有关中国公民孟晚舟的引渡听证会。华爲对此发布律师声明称，美国的指控是出于政治动机，在此状况下，加拿大司法部长依然决议签发受权推进令，华爲对此感到绝望。孟女士没有任何不当行爲，美国对她的起诉与引渡是对司法顺序的滥用。希望孟女士的合法权益在引渡进程中的司法阶段能失掉维护。
另据中华人民共和国驻加拿大大使馆网站音讯，针对“加司法部就孟晚舟案签发受权”一事，中国驻加拿大使馆发言人表示，孟晚舟案不是一同复杂的司法案件，而是对一家中国高科技企业的政治虐待。后来的事态开展证明了这一点。加方虽然标榜“法治准绳”、“司法独立”，但并不能掩盖其在孟晚舟案上犯下的错误。

1、美国的指控是出于政治动机。美国总统曾屡次表示，假如孟女士案有助于美国与中国达成贸易协议，他会对此案停止干涉。在这种状况下，加拿大司法部长依然决议签发受权推进令，我们对此感到绝望。
2、美国指控的行爲在加拿大基本不构成立功。虽然如此，加拿大司法部长依然赞同签发受权推进令，这完全不契合“双重立功”的根本引渡准绳。
3、孟女士没有任何不当行爲，美国对她的起诉与引渡是对司法顺序的滥用。
4、希望孟女士的合法权益在引渡进程中的司法阶段能失掉维护。

We aredisappointed that the Minister of Justice has decided to issue an Authority toProceed in the face of the political nature of the U.S， charges and where thePresident of the United States has repeatedly stated that he would interfere in Ms. Meng's case if he thought it would assist the U.S negotiations with Chinaover a trade deal.
2. We are alsoconcerned that the Minister has approved an ATP in circumstances where theconduct alleged to be an offence in the U.S. would not be an offence inCanada. This is an affront to the foundational extradition principle ofdouble criminality.
3. Our clientmaintains that she is innocent of any wrongdoing and that the U.S. prosecutionand extradition constitutes an abuse of the processes of law.
